PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Gorgeous Creations will not disclose any
confidential information to any third party
without prior permission.
DEADLINES
If deadlines are going to missed by Gorgeous
Creations for reasons beyond my control I ensure
to let the customer know and where possible seek
alternative solutions
PROOFING
All proofreading is the customers responsibility.
The customer should thoroughly proofread all
information they intend to include in their
invitation/cards before to sending to Gorgeous
Creations for inclusion in their order.
A further proofread should be done once they
have received the layouts. Any mistakes noticed
after completion are not Gorgeous Creations
responsibility.
*Once we enter into the proofing stage and
layouts have been sent out if you choose to cancel
your order you will still be require to pay for
work that has been carried out, please read
cancellation section for more details.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Gorgeous Creations is acting as an independent
contractor and is not undertaking any design
work as any employee of the customer nor
entering into a joint venture of partnership with
the customer.
CANCELLATION
Customer have the right to cancel your order at
any point during the design process. In the event
of cancellation any money paid prior to
cancellations is non refundable and you will also
be required to pay for any work that has been
carried out prior to cancellation which has not
been paid for. Ownership of all copyrights and the
original artwork shall be retained by Gorgeous
Creations.
Cancellation by the Gorgeous Creations - In the
unlikely event of me not being able to complete
the design due to unforeseen illness, or events
out of my control. Either a partner designer will
undertake the order or a refund in full will be
given.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright of all artwork created by Gorgeous
Creations will remain the property of Gorgeous
Creations in, accordance with the Copyright,
Design and Patents Act 1996.
PRINTING ISSUES
All printing fees must be paid before to any design
layouts are released for printing.
Colours of printed versions of your artwork may
vary to that displayed on your screen and the
overall finish may differ to that of artwork you
have printed elsewhere. Gorgeous Creations
cannot be held responsible for any variations in
colour or quality.
All items to be printed by Gorgeous Creations
shall require full proofing by the customer.
Any mistakes found after Invitations have been
printed are the customers responsibility and all
re-printing charges will be the responsibility of
the customer.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLIMENTS
Your compliments or feedback will never be used
on the website or in promotional material with
your permission.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about your should be raised witin
48 hours of receipt. Any complaints about my
service should be raised within 21 days, in
writing/email, to Gorgeous Creations
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The customer agrees that it should not hold
Gorgeous Creations or any sub contractors used
liable for any damages, delays or problems to any
aspect of the works agreed regardless of
whether such failure were caused intentionally
or unintentionally
