HOW DO I GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?

This is collected on your order form, or I will send you an email outlining the information I will need to get started

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE? 

Depending on your design and the size of your order you can expect delivery within 4 - 8 weeks

DO I GET A PROOF BEFORE PRINTING?
Yes always! You can expect your first digital proof within 3 working days of ordering. Once you are happy with your layout your order will be sent to print before being hand finished in the studio. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?

I am happy to make changes to layout, typeface and colour scheme where possible, for no extra charge. My main aim is to provide invitations you love for your special day. 

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED? 

Envelopes for invitations are included with your order, normally a standard white or rustic kraft with my flat design.  Some designs come with matching more coordinating envelope as part of the packaged.  You will have the option to add envelope liners and to change the colour for a small additional cost. 

RETURNS
Due to the personalised nature of designs, it is not possible to refund or exchange your items. I will only reprint an order free of charge if the items received do not match the final proofs approved by you.
